IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PRICE.

Need to return or change an item ?

• Contact us by email indicating your order number, the problem & whether you would like a refund or exchange.
• We will contact you to confirm the return address to send the merchandise to
• Package the merchandise to prevent damage, enclosing a covering letter indicating your order no.
• Send to the return address below (if no alternate address has been suggested by an email from Space Tribe)

Please be sure to include your name, address and order number, and instructions whether to exchange the item or refund the merchandise purchase price. We do not refund any taxes you were charged. We do not refund or credit handling and shipping charges. Normal time for processing returns is 10-14 days.
